Biography

Jonathan has been in the healthcare industry as a Physical Therapist for more than 20 years, with 14 years of that experience in the home health service. He is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of IL Homecare and Hospice Council, a non-profit organization that advances and promotes excellence in the home care and hospice community through education and advocacy.
